Day of celebration.

Cheer up stand up. A video we aim to go viral, urging everyone to see the funny side of the January blues. By getting involved online on tv or in your local pubs or funny house, and watch live comics try and put a smile back on your face.

This is January's silver lining.

No grip.

So, on Friday I slipped over three times. Three times, for god sake.
You know why?
Because apparently it's a great idea to design shoes with no grip on them.
Literally they should have it written on the box: Caution, it's very likely you will slip over and make an arse of yourself.
It's now saturday soon to be sunday and I'm left feeling like an old woman.
You know the sort, they still have that beautiful youthful personality and little gleam of what they used to be, but now their bodies have started letting them down and it's just an inch out of reach.
This is where the back bit comes in.
That's what I'm dramatising it to be.
However it's not that bad I just like talking about how old people aren't old.

It's lovely they've found themselves and don't make a prat out of themselves, unlike me, they buy the shoes that are built to beat wet leaves and keep your feet warm without the need for excessive amounts of socks.

The sorts of shoes I buy should come with super socks. Like the ones made from bamboo fibre.

Selling Hats

So this is a brief based on the art of arguing.
We had 1 minute to convince everyone in the room to buy whatever we wanted to sell them.
So naturally I chose hats:

Memories failed

It's awkward. Being in that limbo of wanting to tell someone a story and only vaguely remembering it. You know it's funny or witty, but you can only commit to a half-arsed attempt at conveying it to someone else because your memory has, yet again, failed you.
Especially when you're trying your best to make a good impression on someone. Fumblings of conversation just hopping out of your mouth trying to buy you time which, in the end you realise is pointless because you still can't remember the story and have already successfully managed to make an arse out of yourself.
