No grip.

So, on Friday I slipped over three times. Three times, for god sake.
You know why?
Because apparently it's a great idea to design shoes with no grip on them.
Literally they should have it written on the box: Caution, it's very likely you will slip over and make an arse of yourself.
It's now saturday soon to be sunday and I'm left feeling like an old woman.
You know the sort, they still have that beautiful youthful personality and little gleam of what they used to be, but now their bodies have started letting them down and it's just an inch out of reach.
This is where the back bit comes in.
That's what I'm dramatising it to be.
However it's not that bad I just like talking about how old people aren't old.

It's lovely they've found themselves and don't make a prat out of themselves, unlike me, they buy the shoes that are built to beat wet leaves and keep your feet warm without the need for excessive amounts of socks.

The sorts of shoes I buy should come with super socks. Like the ones made from bamboo fibre.

Selling Hats

So this is a brief based on the art of arguing.
We had 1 minute to convince everyone in the room to buy whatever we wanted to sell them.
So naturally I chose hats:

Memories failed

It's awkward. Being in that limbo of wanting to tell someone a story and only vaguely remembering it. You know it's funny or witty, but you can only commit to a half-arsed attempt at conveying it to someone else because your memory has, yet again, failed you.
Especially when you're trying your best to make a good impression on someone. Fumblings of conversation just hopping out of your mouth trying to buy you time which, in the end you realise is pointless because you still can't remember the story and have already successfully managed to make an arse out of yourself.

The Eagleman Stag

This has to be possibly one of the most enjoyable Future shorts I have been. Intelligent and unpatronising.

Pentax

Photos I took when I was at the river in suffolk, and beach on 24th July.

SELFIE.

Today I went on a bike ride to a river then realising I couldn't swim due to coldness and lack of a two piece. Took some pictures on the pentax, because I forgot how pretty some areas of suffolk actually are... once you get away from the houses which aren't cutsie little cottages.
Then cleared up some room on the floor (where I seem to work best) waked open a new note book and re-wrote up my idea for my summer brief, which was to reinvent facebook for 50+ age group and  advertise the changes.

Now I had the idea for a week or so now but was utilising it for 70+ or maybe even older.
-Stereotyping an age group is so easy. Because personally I think at that age people become so much more individual, so they really find the persona they are. -

BUT I'm only going to publish once, it's perfected and I have a presentation, because by then I will have worked out the tweaks and have a visual reference to help the full idea and campaign.
